Skin Cancer Screening and Prevention Skin cancer screenings allow your dermatologist to find any areas of concern. Most screenings are full body exams which require you to remove your clothes (but keep undergarments on) and you will be given a gown to wear for your appointment. From your scalp down to in between your toes, Dr. Neidig will make sure you’re in tip-top shape. If a suspicious lesion is found, a biopsy may be performed.
