The many insurance plans we accept at Modern Dermatology are listed below. If your insurance requires a referral please have it faxed to our office at (410) 237-6106. You are responsible for obtaining the referral from your primary doctor in order to be seen in our office. We accept major insurances below:
If your insurance plan is not listed please call our office to verify your eligibility to be seen in-network. If we do not accept your insurance, you are able to be seen as a self pay patient. We do not currently bill for patients who are out-of-network with our practice.
Billing Policies
Insurance Card – Bring your insurance card with you to every appointment.
Cancellation – A 24 hour cancellation policy is in effect. Please call in advance so that we may offer your appointment slot to another patient if you are unable to make you scheduled appointment.
Copays are due at the time of your appointment. We also accept Mastercard, Visa, Discovery, and American Express. We also accept cash or check.
