Dermatology Physician Assistant
Cara Arcidiacono is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant who specializes in Dermatology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Community Health and Preventive Medicine from the University of Maryland and went on to complete her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies and Master of Public Health from Arcadia University where she was inducted into the Pi Alpha Honor Society in recognition of academic achievement, leadership, research, and service.
Before transitioning into Dermatology, she worked in Family Medicine increasing access to care on Maryland’s Eastern Shore for the underserved community through the National Health Service Corps scholarship program. She then continued to build her medical foundation treating an extensive variety of conditions through Urgent Care and Family Medicine.
Cara brings a comprehensive approach to patient care, combining her clinical experience with a strong background in public health, prevention, and general medicine. She is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, confident skin while building trust and long lasting relationships. She has a passion for dermatologic procedures and surgeries.
Outside of the office, Cara enjoys spending time with her two sons and husband. She values maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle and loves to compete in various running and hybrid races. As an Annapolis native, she loves exploring the restaurant scene with family and friends as well as taking advantage of the local waterfront amenities.
